Orders
CORALLE COLLECTION (hereafter referred to as “We / Our / Us”), may at our discretion accept or reject an order depending on factors including but not limited to availability of products and our ability to validate payment for the products.
It is the client’s (hereafter referred to as “You / Your) responsibility to check the order details, including product, quantities, pricing and shipping details before you complete your order.
Please note that we cannot amend or cancel an order after it has been placed. Once the order has been paid for, you are bound to the Terms & Conditions of this website. In the event that items cannot be sent due to a technical fault or stock availability, the client will be notified and provided further options. Alternatively, you will be refunded for missing or faulty items if this option is selected.
Products are sold for your personal use only, and you agree not to on-sell or resell the products to any third party without our written consent.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
CORALLE COLLECTION offers refunds only on items that arrive with a manufacturing fault. We pride ourselves on having amazing quality control across all of our stock, but if you believe your item is faulty, please get in touch with our team for further investigation and amendment. Please note that all our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping.
We do not offer refunds due to the limited stock levels and exclusivity of our collections. Instead, we allow returning of your item for a store credit to repurchase the correct size/style. You will not receive a credit for your shipping charges, only for products purchased.
Items can be returned within 21 days of your order being delivered for a store credit. We do not offer returns on sale items, pieced jewellery & underwear. All swing tags must be in their original place, items must be in their original plastic packaging and garments must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for a return.
All postage costs are for the customer’s account, unless the return is due to a product fault or the incorrect item was delivered. Once we receive your return, we will thoroughly investigate the item to ensure it is in its original condition. If we deem your return to no longer be of a standard to be resold, we will not be able to process a return and this will be sent back to you. This is solely at the discretion of CORALLE COLLECTION.

Please allow 5 business days for your returned order to be processed when it reaches the returned address and we will notify you of the outcome.
For any item that is returned without the original packaging, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Sale items bought on this website cannot be exchanged or refunded. No rain checks.
Shipping
Orders are processed on Tuesdays and Fridays and after they have been processed, they are sent out for delivery. Orders placed after 10:30am CAT on either Tuesday or Friday may not be shipped until the next processing day.
Please note that CORALLE COLLECTION has no control over shipping time frames and handling as this is done by a 3rd party. If a sensitive package is damaged during transit, CORALLE COLLECTION will accept no responsibility for this parcel. Sensitive products are defined in the product descriptions.
NEW COLLECTIONS
Please allow for a longer dispatch time (7-10 days) after a new collection is launched.
SOUTH AFRICAN ORDERS
All South African orders are sent at R150 courier cost. Tracking is included and your parcel will arrive between 1-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Priority International Shipping will be quoted via email after order has been completed. Tracking from door to door is included in this package and you will receive regular updates of location and when your package will be delivered to your doorstep.
FREE SHIPPING
Free Domestic shipping when you spend R1,500.00 or more in store. CORALLE COLLECTION does not accept any additional duties or taxes incurred from these shipments.
IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES
PLEASE NOTE that CORALLE COLLECTION does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country and will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will CORALLE COLLECTION accept any orders back due to the rejection of customs charges. In accordance with South African export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items. You can read more about our policy in our sales terms and conditions.
Payment
Prices listed are in ZAR and may be subject to international transaction fees imposed by international banks. Prices include all taxes that may be applicable. Any shipping charges will be shown separately.
You agree to pay the purchase price specified at the time of purchase plus any applicable shipping charges based on the delivery options.
Your payment will be processed upon placement of your order and your order will only be confirmed once full payment has been received. If your payment is not able to be processed or is deemed as fraudulent, your order may be cancelled.
We are unable to combine multiple orders placed by a singular customer. If multiple orders are placed, your orders will still be processed separately, based on the time of purchase and you will remain liable for all shipping costs.
The delivery costs are transport costs only. This does not cover import or customs duties, levies, taxes or liabilities of any kind that may apply in any destination country. We do not accept, and expressly exclude, any liability for any delays, duties, taxes or levies that may apply in any destination country, or if the products are rejected for any reasons whatsoever at the destination country, and we will not accept any return, refund or cancellation due to any such delay, duty, tax, levy or rejection.
Availability & Cancellations
All purchases made are subject to availability. We do our best to keep most products in stock, and to keep the website up to date with the availability of products. If an item is not available in our stock, we will contact the customer via the email provided with alternate styles, colours, or sizes available.
Products are limited edition and once sold out, they may not be available again.
We are unable to make any amendments or cancel the order once it has been placed but we have embedded a flexible return policy.
Items may be returned within 21 days of delivery for an exchange, a gift card or a refund. Please ensure all details provided are full and correct. We are not responsible for any mistakes made at the time of placing the order.
Discount Codes & Promotions
We may, from time to time, offer promotional discount codes applicable to products sold or shipping charges. Promotional codes must be entered at the time of submitting your order. The discount is not applicable on previously placed orders or orders past the expiry date of the promotion.
The conditions of use relating to any discount code or promotion will be specified at the time that it is issued.
Order Cancellations
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to orders once they have been placed and processed.
